For machine tool tanks and chillers.
In very large tanks the compressed air device is not sufficient to move the entire bath.
This is why we designed AGIMAX, the stirrer to be placed in the tank to keep the emulsion constantly moving, thereby facilitating movement of the waste towards the device.
To avoid oil spills. The oil skimmer floater, installed on the oil collection container, stops the oil skimmer when the quantity of recovered oil reaches the safety limits. This prevents oil leaks from the collection containers. Can be connected to the gearmotor.

To refine/optimise oil removal. A tray consisting of two compartments separates the oil by specific weight, recovering the emulsion, possibly recovered from the oil skimmer. The emulsion can therefore be returned to the tank and reused in the work cycle.

To stop chips in the tank. A steel filter positioned at the base of the belt oil skimmers on the bottom of the tank. It was created to prevent waste and chips from adhering to the belt, wearing it out and consequently forcing of the motor.

An alternative to the universal clamp. The oil skimmer pedestal is a height-adjustable steel structure to be used on tanks where it is not possible to install the oil skimmer with the universal clamp (standard supply) on all the oil skimmers of the MAX BAND line.

To program work breaks. The digital programmer consists of a control panel equipped with a box and a digital clock. This is a programmer for 12, 24 V, single-phase 230 V and three-phase 400 V motors. Complete with certification.
Only available on special construction models
To program work breaks for all oil skimmers. The plug-in timer is used to set, simply and economically, a work break program for the oil skimmer. It has a 230 V – 50 Hz power supply.
