MAX CYCLONE 100

MAX CYCLONE 100 is the MAX industrial vacuum cleaner, designed to suction and separate pure oil or emulsions from metal chips.

Thanks to its side channel turbine, it guarantees high speed and suction power. Vertical and cylindrical, it is compact to reduce the overall dimensions, guaranteeing operational efficiency even in confined spaces.

With a capacity of 100 litres, the container includes a metal basket for solid-liquid separation equipped with a 150 micron nylon filter and a floating level switch which automatically stops the suction when the maximum capacity of the container is reached.

The “reverse flow” system reverses the suction flow to reintroduce the filtered lubricant-coolant liquid into the machine tool.
