The new series of belt filters contains innovative operating principles that offer very high efficiency and simplified management. They reduce paper consumption by at least 2/3, taking up approximately half the space of a common paper filter. They are all made of sturdy galvanised sheet metal (stainless steel on request) and consist of: frame with perforated inclined slide on which the filter media rests, fabric dragging and rewinding system, float, pendulum scraper for sludge separation. Excluding filter roll extraction and resetting system.
The MAX T SERIES belt filters are suitable for the filtration of emulsions and whole oils with a maximum viscosity of 20 cSt at 40°C.
